As our name implies, we are a company who genuinely cares about people, both the people we are privileged to serve, and the people who make up our exceptional team of service providers.

PeopleCare is a new company, having just begun operations in El Paso March 1, 2004, but the Company President has over 25 years of experience in this field, with the last 13 years being in Texas managing both Home and Community-based Services (HCS) programs and Intermediate Care Facilities for Mental Retardation (ICF-MR) facilities in numerous areas across the State. The Company President was responsible for the startup of an HCS program in El Paso in 1995-96, when HCS services first became available for private providers in El Paso County , and has been responsible for and involved with the El Paso operation since that time. It is this base of knowledge and experience with El Paso 's people, locale, and culture, and all it has to offer, that prompted PeopleCare to pursue, for the past twelve years, the opportunity to establish a private, locally owned and operated company in El Paso . We are extremely pleased and excited to have finally realized our dream to be in El Paso, and are committed to realize the rest of our dream, which is to provide the highest quality of services available to people who really need us, and to be a company who recognizes the importance and contributions of a competent, compassionate employee base and offers them a competitive compensation package that will make us one of the most desirable employers in this market. Management Team

PeopleCare, through, and because of, our commitment to be one of the top quality providers of services to persons with mental retardation in the State of Texas, has been blessed to obtain the services of one of the premier management teams in this field.

The management team consists of James E. Bean (Jim), President and CEO; Tony Bullard, Executive Director; Belen Herrera, Director of Quality Assurance; Jeffrey Moody (Jeff), Director of Life Resources Center; and Joann Perry, Business Manager.

All together, the five persons charged with meeting and maintaining the standards of service we have set for ourselves possess over 80 combined years of experience providing services to persons with mental retardation. Each of the five began their career in positions that provide direct care services to people with mental retardation, and because of their love, commitment and dedication to the population we serve, made it their life's work and career choice. We believe there are very few companies in this field who could assemble a more competent, qualified, and committed staff to manage their operations. All of us are here because we believe PeopleCare offers us our very best chance in this industry to be a part of a company that truly cares about the people we serve, the people who work along side of us, those who are related to, or advocates for, the people we serve.
